Privacy, safety and responsible reporting
Aggregate patterns are public; identities and raw allegations are not.
What is public
Only totals from moderator-approved reports: number of reports, amount demanded, departments and district counts. Names, exact offices, narratives, evidence, mobile numbers and emails are never public.
Anonymous reports
Anonymous mode collects no name, email or mobile. A one-way network fingerprint is retained for abuse prevention. Save the reference and PIN; the PIN cannot be recovered. Anonymous reports may be harder for an authority to investigate because the reporter cannot be contacted.
Data protection and evidence limits
Optional contacts are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. One JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB can be uploaded. It is MIME-checked, randomly renamed, blocked from direct web access and available only through an authenticated reviewer route. Audio and video are not stored here; keep originals safely and provide them directly only through a verified official channel.
Referral to a competent authority
The reporter may separately authorise sharing of the report, uploaded evidence and supplied contact details with a competent public authority. Referral is discretionary, must be documented, and is not guaranteed. Permission can be withdrawn from the Track Report page until the report has been referred. Without permission, reviewers must not voluntarily send the case outside the platform, except where disclosure is legally required.
For a current demand involving Kerala state or local public service, contact the Kerala Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau official complaint portal or call 1064. For a Union official, MP or Union minister, use the Lokpal of India online complaint system or another competent central authority.
Responsible use and false reports
- Report only what you honestly believe is true.
- Do not guess a person's name or position.
- Deliberately false, abusive, duplicate or malicious submissions are rejected and repeated abuse may be blocked.
- Never upload Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs, intimate images or unrelated records.
- Do not confront anyone, attempt a trap yourself or put yourself in danger.
No complaint registration fee
This platform does not charge a fee to submit or moderate a report. Any future voluntary contribution must be shown separately, must never affect acceptance, priority or referral, and must identify the operator and intended use of funds.
Not an official complaint channel
This independent site is not a Government of Kerala portal, police/vigilance agency, court or emergency service. Submission does not begin an official investigation or preserve a legal deadline.
